Limited Warranty Policy

Register your TREBLAB product

Register your TREBLAB product after you receive it to get the following benefits:

The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on your receipt or order confirmation.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use during the warranty period. If a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed, Treblab will, at its discretion:

• Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model
• Refund the original purchase price if a replacement is not available

Replacement products may differ slightly in design or color. They are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Damage from improper installation, incorrect voltage, or incompatible accessories
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) not affecting functionality
• Normal wear and tear on any component
• Battery capacity degradation or consumable components that naturally degrade over time
• Consumable accessories: ear cushions, ear tips
• Liquid or water damage beyond the product's stated ingress protection rating (where applicable)
• Damage caused by use of non-recommended consumables or materials as specified in the product manual
• Damage from power surges, fire, flood, or other external causes beyond reasonable control
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Accepted forms include:

• Order confirmation email
• Receipt or invoice
• Marketplace order number

We may also request the product serial number. Treblab reserves the right to verify purchase information before approving a claim.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team. We may request basic troubleshooting steps before approving a claim. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

We may require the return of the product for safety inspection. Products showing safety-related defects will be prioritized for resolution.

This Limited Warranty is intended solely for products purchased and used for personal, family, or household purposes. It does not apply to products used for commercial, professional, industrial, or business purposes.

To ensure your warranty remains valid and your product operates safely, please observe the following:

• Use the product only as described in the included product manual and within its stated specifications.
• Use only Treblab-approved accessories, attachments, and replacement parts where applicable.
• Use only the included or Treblab-approved chargers and power adapters. Use of third-party chargers or adapters voids the warranty for any resulting charging-related defects.
• Use the correct voltage and power supply per your local electrical standards. Do not operate products with damaged cords or plugs.

Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In particular, consumers in California and certain other states may have additional rights under applicable state law that cannot be waived or limited by this warranty.

Where permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties — including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

Important notice for California residents and consumers in other states with similar protections: Under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and similar state laws, implied warranties on new consumer goods cannot be disclaimed or waived. For new products sold in California, the implied warranty of merchantability runs concurrently with this express warranty (minimum 60 days, up to one year). Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable state law.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Treblab makes no other express warranties or conditions. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state or country. Treblab complies with applicable consumer protection laws in jurisdictions where its products are sold.

Treblab reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time. Any changes will apply only to products purchased after the effective date listed above. The version of the Limited Warranty in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.
